IVY SWEET

Ivy Sweet, a 16-year-old singer/songwriter from Vancouver, BC, found solace in music during her battle with leukemia at a young age. Since then, music has been her constant companion, guiding her through tougher days and empowering her to have courage in life beyond cancer. In elementary school, Ivy honed her skills in live performance, and by age ten, she began writing songs with the aim of offering healing and comfort to others. Notably, at age 11, Ivy performed at the Michael Cuccione Foundation Gala for kids cancer research, marking the beginning of her journey as a performer. She has since joined stages at prestigious events like the Vancouver Music Heals Gala and the Just Singing Around Showcase, sharing her melodies with large audiences. Now a dedicated arts student, Ivy continues to pursue her passion for music, driven by the desire to inspire others with the transformative power of soulful, melodious pop art.
